Triumph Park: a real estate landing page with a whole building

A residential building at twilight with lit windows and a warm glow, a real estate landing page built with Three.js

Property marketing is mostly flat: a render, a gallery and a floor plan. Triumph Park is a landing page for a fictional developer, built to show what Three.js can do with an entire building.

Triumph Park at twilight

The building #

  • Facade and interiors are rendered with a realistic, cinematic look,
  • twilight lighting and window bloom sell the architecture as a place you could almost step into,
  • exterior and interior views stay in the same real-time experience, with no cut between a marketing shot and a room.

Why #

It is a focused demo of high-end property storytelling on the web. The question was whether a full residential block can feel premium without leaving the browser, with a page that loads and responds like a website.
