Physical retail spaces rely on small things: a glossy floor, a spotlight, the sound of the room. The 3D Lobby is a demo built for Mantis to show that the same things can be done on the web with React Three Fiber.

The 3D lobby

What is in it #

  • realistic floor reflections and lighting effects,
  • spatial audio, so the room sounds like a room,
  • navigation between two distinct environments,
  • a virtual mannequin where you swap outfits interactively.

It is a polished demo of immersive retail and brand spaces on the web.
