Property marketing is mostly flat: a render, a gallery and a floor plan. Triumph Park is a landing page for a fictional developer, built to show what Three.js can do with an **entire building**.

## The building

- **Facade and interiors** are rendered with a realistic, cinematic look,
- **twilight lighting** and **window bloom** sell the architecture as a place you could almost step into,
- exterior and interior views stay in the same real-time experience, with no cut between a marketing shot and a room.

## Why

It is a focused demo of high-end property storytelling on the web. The question was whether a full residential block can feel premium without leaving the browser, with a page that loads and responds like a website.

## Try it

The page is live at [realestate-neotix.vercel.app](https://realestate-neotix.vercel.app/), and the details are on the [project page](https://andersonmancini.dev/projects/triumph-park.md).
