# A steering wheel configurator earns an Awwwards mention

On **February 17, 2023**, the 3D steering wheel configurator received an **Awwwards Honorable Mention**.

## What it was recognized for

The idea was to keep the model front and center and the interface out of the way. Finishes, accents and details change live, with rich lighting and motion effects that keep the product feeling premium and kinetic, and every interaction happens on the wheel itself, not in menus. When the setup is right, you can save the configuration and buy the product exactly as designed, so configuration and commerce are one flow.
