Choosing how to decorate a room is usually done with a mood board and imagination. This concept replaces the board with the room itself: a **house decoration configurator** built with Three.js.

## How it works

You swap finishes, furniture and palette choices inside a single interior, and the room updates in real time. It is designed for brands and studios that want to explore how buyers could personalize a space **before committing to a layout**.

## What I wanted from it

A practical archviz-adjacent demo. The interaction should feel like decorating, and not like orbiting a pre-baked render. A newer take on the same idea, with global illumination, is [Lumen Decor Studio](https://andersonmancini.dev/projects/lumen-decor-studio-1.md).

## Try it

The configurator is live at [decoration-demo.vercel.app](https://decoration-demo.vercel.app/), and the details are on the [project page](https://andersonmancini.dev/projects/house-decoration.md).
