This one still makes me smile. It was **not** a client project and not an official release: it was a concept I built to show what three.js can do for premium camera storytelling, and in **October 2022** it was featured on the [three.js homepage](https://andersonmancini.dev/blog/threejs-org-homepage-featured-projects.md).

## Why it matters

Concept work is how you learn to make the real thing. A page like this has studio lighting, glass reflections and a hero render that has to hold up at close range, which are exactly the problems a hardware launch brings. Seeing it alongside production-grade showcases told me that **concept work on the open web is welcome**.

## What it is

A product landing page for a Canon 5D Mark IV, with the camera in 3D, built for the kind of page brands dream about for hardware launches. The technical story is in [the launch post](https://andersonmancini.dev/blog/canon-5d-concept-landing.md).

The page is live at [camera-webgi.vercel.app](https://camera-webgi.vercel.app/), and the details are on the [project page](https://andersonmancini.dev/projects/canon-5d-mark-iv.md).
